By accessing or using glosmate.tech and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Glosmate Technologies.

Glosmate Technologies provides custom software development, including web applications, mobile applications, UI/UX design, consultation, and related digital services. The exact scope of work for each engagement will be defined in a written proposal or statement of work.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice — though for active projects, we will always honor signed contracts.

All projects begin with a discovery call and a written proposal. Work commences only after both parties sign a project agreement and the agreed deposit is received.

Project timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are defined in each project's specific contract. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect timelines and pricing.

Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and bank transfer (for India and US clients).

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Projects may be paused if payment is delayed beyond 30 days.

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. You receive full ownership and rights to use, modify, and distribute the work.

However, Glosmate retains rights to: pre-existing code libraries, internal tools, and frameworks; the right to display non-confidential portions of the work in our portfolio; and any open-source components that remain governed by their original licenses.

We treat all client information as confidential. Upon request, we will sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any sensitive information is shared.

Our team is contractually bound to confidentiality, and access to client systems is restricted to assigned project members only.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a 30-day post-launch bug fix warranty for all delivered work.

Glosmate's total liability under any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches these terms, fails to pay invoices, or behaves in a manner harmful to our team.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

For US-based clients, mediation through the American Arbitration Association is available as an alternative.
