Our Refund Philosophy
We believe in earning your trust through quality work and clear communication — not through fine print. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds work at Glosmate Technologies.
Our goal is simple: if we haven't earned your money yet, we'll return it.
Eligible for Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund if: we have not yet started work on your project; the work delivered does not match the agreed proposal and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable timeframe; or we cancel the project for reasons within our control.
Full refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, before any deliverables are produced.
Partial Refunds
Once project work has begun, refunds are calculated based on completed work. We will provide a detailed breakdown of hours worked, deliverables produced, and a fair partial refund of the remaining unused budget.
Typically, partial refunds range from 30%–80% of the total payment depending on project stage at cancellation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in these cases: completed and delivered projects that meet the agreed specifications; projects where work has been delayed by client-side dependencies (delayed feedback, missing assets, scope freezes); third-party costs already incurred (domain registrations, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, API subscriptions); or change-of-mind cancellations after the design or development phase has commenced.
Cancellation Process
To cancel a project or request a refund, send a written request to glosmatetech@gmail.com with the project name, your reason for cancellation, and your preferred refund method.
We will respond within 48 hours with a refund calculation and next steps. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Processing Times
Refund processing depends on your payment method: credit/debit card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days; Stripe/Razorpay/PayPal refunds in 7–14 business days; bank transfer refunds in 3–7 business days.
International refunds may take longer due to bank processing times.
Disputes
We aim to resolve all refund requests amicably. If you disagree with our refund decision, please reply with your specific concerns and we'll review the case again.
For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
